不要愤怒！关于共同开发东海问题，分析再说!

近日论坛上对于中日东海共同开发区的划定产生了强烈的关注，不乏有许多爱国热血网友对于这个共识产生不解，反对，甚至愤怒。认为这是新中国新的21条。甚至对于政府，爱国，产生了疑问。以下是yywyhr转自台湾论坛一大陆网友的看法，希望对大家有参考作用： 针对这个共识，我还想补充几点个人的看法： 第一，从达成共识到签定协议，再到落实具体的开发还需要一个漫长的过程，这个过程可能不是三两年就可以完成的，也不一定最终就会以完成为结束，但是在这个过程中，日本在此问题上反对中国的声音将会减弱到对双方政府决策均不构成影响的程度，这是我们想要看到的； 第二，允许日本企业注资中国已开发油气田并不说明中国的主权或经济利益受损。我们的企业可以注资国外的企业，国外的企业可以注资中国企业，这种企业间的行为只是一种普通的经济行为，没有出卖国家主权与利益的情况，我们可以与英美的石油公司合作开发国内的油气资源，同样也可以与日本合作，更何况，允许日本企业注资不代表一定会接受日本企业注资，日本企业如果接受不了中国开发方开出的条件不愿意注资的可能性也是存在的，我相信不会出现日本以低成本获得中国石油的情况出现。 第三，这种共识达成之后，是一个我们观察日本的时段，如果日本没有像我们希望的方向发展，没有看到我们希望看到的局面，这种没有法律效力的共识可以随时被搁置起来。就目前而言，我们手里针对日本的牌远比日本针对中国的牌要多，更有底气，我们完全可以控制中日关系进程使之不损害我们整体利益。 总而言之，对于这次的中日东海共识，小民认为其实是中国多年以来以时间换空间、以时间换发展思路的进一步延续，中国对于一些争议地区的“搁置争议，共同开发 ”策略的关注核心其实是“搁置争议”而非“共同开发”，这次中日共识似乎是迈开了开发的步子，其实，仍然是一种以搁置为核心的策略，面临国内多重问题考验的中国需要一个安定的国际环境，这十分重要，对于中国这样的一个庞大国家，只要不陷于动乱，不陷于分裂，只要人民可以安心生产，只需要五十年的时间（历史已经证明了这一点）就足够让一切复杂问题都变得简单，我们在东亚退后了一小步，是为了在世界上迈进一大步，不计一处之利而计全局之利，不计一时之利而计一世之利，如果我们真的热爱这个国家，真的希望这个民族走向更加强大，我们需要让自己看得更远一些，看得更广一些，对于现实的情况与未来的判断要更有信心一些，我们这一代人注定要见证中国重回世界第一的过程，对于这一过程中出现的任何波折，我想我们应该有面对的勇气以及等待的耐心。（谁为谁狂于2008年6 月19日） 中国的发展，中国已经超越美国成为日本的最大贸易伙伴，日本要获得未来的发展，必定要寄希望于中国市场，一个在经济上越来越依赖中国的日本，如果我们再在政治方面尽尽可能打消其顾虑，就有可能将其引导到一个我们希望的方面上，我们看最近中日之间的一些活动，中日达成东海共识，中日之间的军事交流升级，中日文化交流升温，这种多个层面的活动其实指向一个共同的期待，那就是完全结束中日之间政冷经热的局面，建立起双方真正的互信机制， 随着中国海军力量加强，伴随着中国航母策略的实施及远洋海军的成型，中国海军力量在东海的活动势必会加强，如果没有互信机制，中日在东海的摩擦可能会加剧，而中日东海共识的达成，将东海变成一个和平区域，就避免了双方在此产生摩擦的可能，解决了中日之间最有可能发生冲突的因素。通过政治互信与经济合作取得共的局面，这样使得中国可以突出东亚政治因素的束缚，既可以为国家的经济发展争取一个更安定的国际环境，又可以在世界上发出更大的声音。 通过提升中日关系，在东部也建立起一种国家间的互信机制，这是中国谋求在所有方向与邻国互信关系的一种体现现。我们应该全面的地看待这些行为，比如中俄之间的领土划分，中越的海上划界，我们往往只看到了中国做出妥协的地方，却不看到对方做出妥协的地方，大国之间的谈判本就是一个互相妥协的过程，如果一方要在所有的地方都获利，那就称不上谈判了。我们期待国家在所有的点上都是获得利的一方是不现实的，我们还要看到这些问题顺利解决之后带给我们无形利益。比如，一份并不损害国家主权的共识就可以让我们在整个东部的国际压力骤然变缓，这样的共识我们是可以接受的。 Chinese understanding of diabetes and blood stasis Single herbs can cure diabetes Chinese new therapy for diabetes Integrated Treatment of Diabetes What advantages in the treatment of diabetes Vegetarian effective treatment of diabetes xylitol to the Treatment of Diabetes?
